The property on the whole Was very clean, but Needs a little More attention to detail with cleaning. Wood work /shirting quite dusty. Ceiling cobwebs. Decor needs so touch ups

A good stay in a great location

The house is cosy and well equipped with all that we needed for our visit. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. The garden area is well kept and a nice plus point. A great location- 10 min walk to the cathedral and centre. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

A highchair would be a great addition.

An absolute gem in a lovely city.

Everything! Perfect location with plenty of on street car parking. The road was really quiet. The house was very secure with an outer and inner door. Really cosy and well appointed with everything you needed for a nice stay. Only 10 minute walk to the Cathedral etc..The owner was very helpful and friendly too.

Enjoyed a relaxed family get-together exploring historic Lincoln, excellent eateries and shopping.

Great location for walking to the historic area of Lincoln. Peaceful , especially at night. We all slept well! Everything provided that we needed and spacious for a terrace house. Liked having outside space with seating. Matched the description, it was exactly as expected. There is an abundance of eating and drinking places in Lincoln!

Delightful, value for money accommodation , close to the Cathedral

This lovely comfortabke house in a quiet street is very close to the Cathedral, City Centre, shops and excellent restaurants . Comfortable beds, very clean and good value for money. Lots of cutlery etc., We were given lots of pre stay information from the host and a very useful information booklet also in the house. It was lovely having 2 bathrooms and a separate dining room to the lounge. Lovely outside space, weather permitting. Thank you.

There is nothing to dislike about this delightful, secure accommodation. One very minor issue, the key to get into the alley way to the house was difficult to use and we struggled a bit with it. I'm sure this can be easily rectified.

Excellent house in a perfect location to walk into Lincoln city’s cathedral / cultural quarter. The house was full equipped with anything we needed and the garden was lovely.

Disappointing, but did book late due to original booking with Airbnb letting us down.

Location. 3 bedrooms.

2 out of 3 beds - very uncomfortable. Sofas - uncomfortable. Nest of tables - wobbly/unsafe. Old fashioned oven. Main bathroom is downstairs - mould on ceiling & window blind. Rating - no more than 3 stars.

Love the area and venue met our needs.

Great location near the old precinct of Lincoln. Easy walking to everything in area. Plenty of space to eat and chat. Kitchen set up well. Great to have a washing machine. Would be even better with a drying rack. Owner quick to follow up queries.

Noisy creaky stairs hard with light sleepers. Beds are small & not terribly comfortable. Very hot and hard to override heating set on a schedule.

Lovely traditional mid-terrace house in a quiet side street of the same housing style, thoroughly modernised, clean and welcoming, very good large screen tv and all the expected kitchen equipment. On road parking 24/7 and only one street away from the main road and bus route into the city. We would definitely stay again were we to visit Lincoln.

Not a problem at all for us as once parked up we walked but the residential on street parking possibly could make finding a space a bit hit or miss especially over a weekend. Plenty of other streets close by with parking though
