Great location, easy walk into centre and fab for events at the castle. My bed was super comfy. Can't go wrong for money, does the job as a base.
Unfortunately little bits of housekeeping: black grout on tiles, chipped paint, marks on carpet, bin not emptied and off mayo in cupboard let this place down a bit.

Location to castle. It had basic facilities you need
Overall, the whole property needs upgrading. Cracks in walls, cob webs, bleached towels . Not maintained, doesn’t feel like any pride in the home or for guests.
