Proximity to all the historical buildings & all other amenities on the doorstep. Minutes away from shops, pubs & eateries. How quiet it was considering location. Parking permit & further nearby parking at reasonable cost.

Location was so central to the historic part of Lincoln. The property itself offered great accommodation, exceptionally clean bedding, lovely bathroom and plenty of crockery (which is unusual for a rental!).
An extra fan for the 2nd bedroom would have been appreciated as the stay was during the heatwave (as would a full length mirror in that room).

Fabulous house, great location, loved the castle, cathedral and the bars and restaurants down by the waters edge.
Just be aware you will need to walk steep hills, but we loved them.
