First of all this property is in great location. On the day of arrival we unpacked and walked with our dog to see the Lincoln Cathedral. The house is extremely spacious so everyone will find their quiet space. Hosts provided all basic things that you can possibly need like salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, tea, coffee. There was also complimentary welcoming Lincoln plum bread with milk. So sweet! It was delicious. There were many towels of good quality and a hairdryer. Not to mention two living rooms with two TV’s (upstairs and downstairs) that had Netflix! I could write and write…. There is also a guest book where you can leave a message and read others messages. There were two barber shops nearby if you need a quick haircut. Overall I highly recommend this place and I would go back in a heartbeat!

It was very cozy and had everything we really needed when staying. Everyone had their own room and space, the multiple bathrooms were quite convenient if more than one person needed a shower or the toilet.
The kitchen had pretty much all the handy things necessary for cooking, storage of any food we got for our stay and cleaning too such as the dishwasher.
The location was also great as we were close to town and right next to a shop if we needed anything at all. We were also close to our friends who live in Lincoln so it was easy for us to meet up with them and spend some time out in town or at their place for a bit.
It is always clean as well on arrival looking tidy and spotless. Very well maintained.

Brilliant 4 bed house for stopping in whilst working in lincoln , has everything you need , clean and tidy throughout , close to local amenities, will definitely be booking again , Thanks for the stay
