Located on a fairly busy street, but still felt comfortable as the majority of the house was away from the road. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc. plenty of crockery for everyone. Short walk to the castle & cathedral. Nice enough pub across the road, reasonable drinks.

If you look a little closer the house is a little bit tired in places, needs some repair and decoration in a few rooms.

Arrival instructions were very clear, making it easy to know where to look for keys and to gain access to the property.

The property could use some hooks on doors, etc., for coats. Would be good to see a cafetierre (there was a pod-type coffee machine, but we couldn't find instructions on how to use it, nor did we know which type of pods were needed).

First of all this property is in great location. On the day of arrival we unpacked and walked with our dog to see the Lincoln Cathedral. The house is extremely spacious so everyone will find their quiet space. Hosts provided all basic things that you can possibly need like salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, tea, coffee. There was also complimentary welcoming Lincoln plum bread with milk. So sweet! It was delicious. There were many towels of good quality and a hairdryer. Not to mention two living rooms with two TV’s (upstairs and downstairs) that had Netflix! I could write and write…. There is also a guest book where you can leave a message and read others messages. There were two barber shops nearby if you need a quick haircut. Overall I highly recommend this place and I would go back in a heartbeat!
