This has been my third stay now and I will most definitely be here again next year. :)

It was very cozy and had everything we really needed when staying. Everyone had their own room and space, the multiple bathrooms were quite convenient if more than one person needed a shower or the toilet. The kitchen had pretty much all the handy things necessary for cooking, storage of any food we got for our stay and cleaning too such as the dishwasher. The location was also great as we were close to town and right next to a shop if we needed anything at all. We were also close to our friends who live in Lincoln so it was easy for us to meet up with them and spend some time out in town or at their place for a bit. It is always clean as well on arrival looking tidy and spotless. Very well maintained.

Spacious, comfortable, has everything you need!

Loved the fact that there were three showers. Lounge area had enough seating for everybody! The snug was a huge bonus when getting ready for graduation. We absolutely loved our stay here. Plenty of towels for all guests. Milk, bread, tea and coffee left by the host was a huge bonus, thank you for having us!

A spacious and well-appointed apartment.

The previous reviews outline the facilities and size of the property which are very good. The rooms are spacious, the three bathrooms are great when you've a larger party staying in the house. The cooking facilities and lounge area are very good as is the location for visiting Lincoln.

My double room was at the front of the property. The bed sadly was, for me, very uncomfortable (metal springs being the main sensation). As it was hot, the window needs to be open and the property is located on a main road so sleep was minimal. Maybe an electric fan in the room would help, and a mattress topper would definitely improve comfort.

The stay was perfect for what we needed

We liked the space and all the equipment

The sofa's are too low for older people to get up from. Tin opener did not work so we got a new one. Needs a shelf in shower to put soap and shampoo on because older people can't pick it up of floor.

A great city break in a comfortable house

There was plenty of room in the accommodation. A well equipped house. Warm and comfortable. Clean throughout. Comfortable beds with good linen. Great house location near to Cathedral, shops and restaurants. A nice welcome pack was available on arrival which was appreciated.

A great base to stay when exploring Lincoln

The property was clean and well kitted out, and matched the photos. The location was brilliant within easy walking distance of the attractions in Lincoln. Although the property has no parking, you can pull up right outside for half an hour to load or unload your car and we had no trouble with parking in a nearby side street. Everyone in my group commented how much they liked the property, and we are not an easy-to-please bunch! Having the three bathrooms and showers also gave us a lot of flexibility, although the pressure of some showers was better than others. Although Sykes (who manage the booking) said to bring oven gloves, these were provided.

We had initially asked to have the sofa bed made up as a bed, but we’re informed this was only for children. Having seen the bed, this could comfortably accommodate an adult female, as long as they aren’t above average height, so would have been good to have this as an option. We also struggled a little to work out how to enter the property on our arrival once we had gone through the gate on the street. I think the access instructions should be updated to explain you then need to pass through another gate to enter the property via the back garden, not via the side door (which I think is in fact just a storage area)

A perfect location,a lovely home, exactly as described!

Simple yet had everything we needed. Rooms were clean, spacious and 3 bathrooms was perfect! Set out over two floors with an additional living space upstairs! Couldn’t believe the size on the property when I arrived! Thank you! Access was easy, a lovely pub over the road and a local shop and chinese! Perfect

Great location perfect for our needs!

Location is perfect for graduation day at Lincoln Cathedral

It's in a residential area so expect some noise from neighbours, parking is tricky but side streets have parking. Outside the front is limited during the day.

Brilliant.

Brilliant stay at Lincoln House. We stayed for a week and the property had everything and more we could have needed. Well maintained, cosy and homely. The pictures don’t do the place justice! We were very impressed.

Only slight negative is the traffic noise in the front bedrooms is quite loud. Especially in the mornings.

Parfait pour visiter Lincoln

Nombreuses chambres pour un séjour entre amis. L'appartement est très bien équipé: cuisine 'comme chez soi', lave vaisselle, machine, séchoir, grand frigo et la cerise sur le gâteau: l'espace extérieur qui permet de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur. L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes de marche de la cathédrale et s'y garer est assez facile. Un très bon point de chute pour visiter Lincoln et ses environs.

3 salles de bains, mais une à la fois: peu de pression au robinet donc une douche ... mais pas deux en même temps. Literie un peu trop molle (à mon gout) Chambres surchauffent assez vite en été (et la voirie est un peu bruyante de nuit), prévoir ventilateur.
