Great house. Lovely location. We were very comfortable. 10 mins walk from train station.

Good location, with easy walking access into the city, Bomber Command etc.

Very creaky bed in master suite. Shower in master suite barely a dribble. Lack of crockery, particularly mugs! Coat hook racks over doors instead of wardrobes! Too many air fresheners.

Brilliant location so close to the city centre, yet lovely and quiet. Also with a parking space which is a bonus.

Did NOT LIKE. Shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. See Photos. They are hygienically unsuitable. Don’t cost much to replace. Shower head was annoyingly erratic. Kept moving around spraying all over the place. Shower flow on attic shower was pathetic. My friend had to use shower on the first floor! No mirrors in first floor double room or the single room. Mirrors don’t cost very much these days. Cooker hood in the kitchen was disgustingly filthy and nearly broken. See photos. Needs a good scrub or replace. Oh and Teaspoons !!!!! There were 4 teaspoons in the whole kitchen. One of which was filthy, not suitable to be used. Again they don’t cost much. Some of these issues were mentioned by previous visitors. I was hoping they had been addressed and rectified. But disappointed that they were totally ignored. I HALF SUSPECT THIS REVIEW WILL ALSO BE TREATED IN THE SME WAY. IGNORED! If the owner was to spend £100 on mending these minor issues out of the nearly hotel price income, they would get a 100% good review.
