Lovely little house very centrally located, in a quiet area and with everything we needed.

We had to do a lot of driving around to locate a street for our second car without parking restrictions. It ended up not being that far away at all. The owner could have shared that information with us when we enquired to make our lives easier.

Location great. City centre 5 minutes away. Beautiful house with garden. Well equipped. Everything you need. Very clean. Lovely furniture & decor. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable

Only space for 1 car but we were able to park for £15 for 2 nights so that was ok. I know parking is a problem everywhere

Good apart from the niggles mentioned. The grass area was great for the dog.

Location is very good for walking into the city.

I have marked down the facilities as the hot tap in the bathroom sink was so stiff that we could not use it and this was mentioned in previous reviews for months before. Also we locked ourselves out of the top floor as it had a Yale lock on the stairs door and there was no key. I think it must be set up for student accommodation or HMO.

Well located just off the high street in a very quiet and peaceful close. Walking distance to the city centre and station. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice living area . Lovely for my friend and I to have a bedroom and bathroom each. Well equipped kitchen

Perfect for a city break

Good location to walk into the city. Very clean with comfortable beds. Large garden which would be nice to sit out in when the weather is fine. Dedicated parking space which was a plus. Good communication with the owners. We enjoyed our stay thank you

We liked everything but if there was something I'd criticise, the lounge/diner could do with better lighting. That's being picky though, all good otherwise.

Fantastic house in Lincoln

Lovely spacious house. Spotlessly clean. Great Internet, warm, peaceful ( apart from the bell chimes if you're a light sleeper..normal in Lincoln!) spacious garden. Easy check in, parking spot, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! Great accommodation. This was our second stay to attend our HE course at the college. Thankyou!

Great location.

the property is in a good central location but it is still quite a quiet and peaceful area. just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the shopping area Brayford Wharf and Steep Hill. the included car parking space is a premium. the secluded garden was lovely to sit out in and soak up a bit of sun after sightseeing. the bedrooms were spacious and everywhere well presented.

the downstairs living room seemed quite small with the dining table and chairs dominant. I felt a drop leaf table may have been more practical in order to fit in an armchair as the sofa was only a 2 seater and the other chairs all dining or tall hard back. it didn’t really impact our stay as we were out or in the garden most of the stay.

ideal for two families as third floor bedroom and en-suite private from the middle floor bedrooms. Parking space. Convenient for city centre which was a short walk away. Very quick response from owner with all enquiries.

Only a two seater sofa in the lounge so in the evening someone had to watch TV on a dining chair Needed softer lighting in the lounge or a lamp or up lighter. The back garden needs some attention- grass quite long & pots scruffy so although the patio furniture was lovely we didn’t really want to sit out there. No plug for kitchen sink & no washing up bowl. No information booklet about appliances in the house or what to do in Lincoln.

Spotlessly clean, gorgeous furnishings beds super comfy, and only a stones throw from the town, cathedral and castle just a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any thinking of going to Lincoln to stay here realy good value for money

A good value place for a self catered weekend break.

Very convenient for a visit to Lincoln City FC. The property was clean and tidy and had all the basics you need for a comfortable self catered stay. A nice garden space when weather is good.

Short break review

Everything was as advertised, well set up with all that you need, good location for the high street and close attractions. Quiet area and all services available.

I could not open the patio door, but we weren't worried about that, I found the oven controls confusing so I did not use. The traffic system in Lincoln itself is a nightmare with it's one way system and it was a navigational ordeal.
