Best location and it is a best apartment with all home accessories

Logement situé dans le quartier historique, à 200m du métro et 400m de l’aquarium. La climatisation dans les chambres fonctionnent parfaitement. La literie est neuve et très agréable.

Les sanitaires sont un peu vétustes.

We had an incredible stay at "Grandma’s Home" in Genoa! The apartment itself is wonderful, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. Martina was remarkably warm, responsive, and attentive over messages throughout our trip, making communication seamless from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were kindly met in person by her family, who went out of their way to help us carry our luggage up—such a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The entire team was incredibly helpful and flexible with any questions or adjustments we needed. Everything went smoothly and completely exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more comfortable base in Genoa, and we would love to stay here again!

Location is the only plus point.

AC in the third bedroom doesn’t work and it was very hot. There is no AC in the living room. Lots of steps to climb before you reach the apartment - the lift is very small at available only at the first floor. Staff wasn’t great - kept telling me that they will get the AC fixed and never got it forced. No internet in the third bedroom and even after they installed the wifi booster, it was still very slow.
