La struttura è nel centro di Modena, a due passi da Palazzo Ducale. Moderna, funzionale, molto pulita e con accessori come frigo e bollitore. I contatti con lo staff sono solo con WA ma puntuali e precisi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
È un po' difficile muoversi nelle strette vie del centro. Soprattutto la sera ci si deve fare largo tra frotte di ragazzi nella ZTL

La posizione è centralissima infatti bisogna essere autorizzati per la ZTL. Ambienti nuovissimi e pulitissimi. Però non abbiamo incontrato nessuno dello staff, solo comunicazioni tramite whatsapp, comunque precisissime.
Essendo proprio in centro, c’è un leggerissimo rumore di sottofondo di notte, ma normalissimo per essere proprio in centro alla città.
