Posizione ottima, camera molto pulita e interessanti i suggerimenti per colazioni, aperitivi e cene.

La camera non è dotata di condizionatore ma di un pinguino che svolge adeguatamente la sua funzione ma è un po' rumoroso.

Ottima posizione della struttura, vicinissima a tutte le bellezze della città. Host gentile e disponibile. Camera molto piccola, ma con quanto serve per un soggiorno.

The location near the center of Modena was great. Amleto was quick to answer questions, but as a "robo-host" who does everything with codes and some automated emails, don't expect a lot of personal attention.

The room was tiny and recently renovated in the "gray vinyl flooring" style now common to cheap rehabs in Europe and N. America too. Capped off water pipes showed that there had been a sink for a kitchenette but it had been removed. The "air conditioner" was really just a chiller and did not remove humidity from the air, so your skin was sweaty all the time, and the machine was very noisy-- bring earplugs. There was no place to put your suitcase except the shelf over the frigde. The bathroom was new and sort of glitsy but short of essentials like hooks to hang towels from. The mini fridge did not get things very cold.
