Very disappointing

Breakfast not applicable. Location good

Room very small, no room for luggage. No facility for clothes except for hangers too high to reach. What was the point of having a microwave and fridge when there was no cutlery or china. Air conditioning unit took up too much room and was very noisy. Water conservation seriously reduced effectiveness of the shower. Shower head fitting faulty. Lift takes 68 seconds to reach 3rd floor. TV doesn't work

The “delux” is a tiny box room, and overpriced, but clean and good location.

The room was clean and wasn’t far to walk to any of the sights, there were a few bars and cafes close by. Modena, was a little let down after Parma, and especially the accomodation but we really enjoyed the market for food, and we had a fantastic pizza at L’ Antica Pizzeria da Michelle.

The pictures for the “delux” room are taken from great angles, the room is tiny, no where to put your bags, you can only just walk around the bed, I actually opened booking.com to check if it was the right room, and was very very disappointed that it was. It was clean but, other people’s comments are correct this room is tiny, and very expensive for a box room. No milk left just coffee and tea bags. Glad we only stayed 2 nights

The place is in the city centre of Modena, right inside from the city walls and close to all amenities. Highly recommended for a quick getaway/weekend in town.

A gem of a lodging

We loved the location, walking distance to the train station and then to the rest of the historic center. The kitchen was a great luxury for breakfast and a light evening meal. Our "King" room was on the back side of the building, so it got less hot. The very firm matress was perfect for me.

Great Stay at a great location!

The room was very cozy and had all basic amenities including an oven and a small refrigerator. Really loved the 2 nights stay here.

Sound proofing of the main door can be better. The lift is a bit slow and the size of the room is a bit smaller than expected. This is completely okay for a 2 pax stay. So it really depends up on you. The stay served our purpose.

Wieder mal in Modena

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft als Zwischenübernachtung auf unserem Heimweg aus Griechenland. Modena liegt verkehrstechnisch günstig und hat auch sonst einiges zu bieten. Das Zimmer ist absolut bezahlbar und mehr als zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, es gab genügend Handtücher und, ganz wichtig, die Heizung lief! Kaffeemaschine (Pads) und Kühlschrank waren ebenso vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man auch, genauso wie zahlreiche Ristorante und Pizzerien, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Und am Morgen auf dem Weg zum Auto haben wir noch ein klasse Café entdeckt, in dem man für kleines Geld lecker frühstücken kann (das Dripper in der Via Jacopo Berengario). Wo, bitteschön, bekommt man heutzutage noch einen leckeren Cappuccino für 1,70 EURO?? Für uns mehr als perfekt! Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Buona soluzione per uno o due giorni

Camera situata in posizione strategica per chi deve spostarsi all'autostazione, comoda anche per l'accesso autonomo tramite codice che consente molta flessibilità a chi come noi è arrivato in tarda serata. Ottima pulizia in camera, dotata di tutto il necessario..host disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento!

Camera abbastanza piccola con finestre dall'apertura limitata. La notte ho avuto un po' di freddo (anche per l'ingresso di aria, nonché di rumori, dalle bocchette sotto il tavolo), consiglierei un qualche strumento di riscaldamento. L'ascensore l'ho trovato minuscolo e molto lento, ho preferito fare le scale. Consiglio per una o due notti

Appartamento nuovo e tenuto molto bene. C’era pure una macchinetta del caffè che la mattina è il top. Ho soggiornato una notte di passaggio, ma nulla da dire. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, forse il condizionatore tipo “pinguino” e’ un po’ rumoroso ma o quello o si muore di caldo quindi ben venga!

L’ascensore era lento e inquietante, ma riconosco che e’ un problema mio, comunque la volta dopo ho fatto le scale e no problem.

Posizione ottima per visitare Modena, il Sig. Amleto è stato molto gentile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo sciacquone del bagno ed è stato disponibile per risolverlo. L'alloggio è dotato anche di piccola cucina e tavolino, ideale per una coppia.

In fase di prenotazione era indicato un alloggio con aria condizionata, in realtà si tratta di un climatizzatore da terra molto rumoroso, per cui non è possibile tenerlo acceso anche di notte, in estate in Pianura Padana non è stato piacevole

Weekend a Modena

Appartamento piccolo, ma moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottimo per una coppia, per un breve soggiorno. Si trova nel centro di Modena, ma non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio grazie anche al pass fornito dalla struttura.

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Kurzurlaub in Modena.

Wir hatten ein Appartement und haben uns dementsprechend selbst verpflegt. Die nach Lage zur Altstadt war traumhaft. Ein paar Meter und man war mittendrin im Geschehen. Trotzdem war das Appartement sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Parken auf der Straße war mit dem kostenlosen Parkschein unproblematisch und wir hatten ganz in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Fällt mir ehrlich gesagt nichts ein.

Posizione perfetta, struttura piccola ma super confortevole e con tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno.

L’unico appunto è che, dopo un viaggio, potrebbe far piacere trovare semplicemente una bottiglia d’acqua del frigorifero.

Carino ma troppo rumore di notte

Il letto era comodo, anche se piuttosto piccolo. Molto comodo il fatto che non ci fossero chiavi o tessere ma solo codici da inserire. La posizione è molto centrale. La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti.

Purtroppo la stanza è rumorosissima, praticamente non c'è differenza tra avere le finestre aperte o chiuse, e affaccia su una strada molto trafficata, di passaggio pedonale, piena di bar e localini. Già nel pomeriggio si sentiva parecchio rumore, e la cosa è continuata per gran parte della notte, creando difficoltà a dormire. La stanza è molto molto piccola, ma per soste brevi non è un problema.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare la città e raggiungere a piedi i punti attrattivi principali, oltre che la stazione ferroviaria. Pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Adeguata a tutte le esigenze: viaggi di coppia, di lavoro o di famiglia.

Apprezzo anche della filosofia sostenibile!

Struttura accogliente in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città! Posizione perfetta anche per chi viene in macchina. Nonostante la struttura sia in ztl viene fornito un foglio che permette di parcheggiare sulle strisce blu gratuitamente per tutta la durata del soggiorno, la via in cui si parcheggia è comunque a due passi dalla struttura.

L' appartamento è nuovissimo, estremamente pulito, funzionale e comodo. Plus per bagno con finestra, presenza di molte prese di corrente, insonorizzazione, ascensore (anche se dopo una prima piccola rampa di scale). La zona (Pomposa) è centrale, all' interno della Ztl (per entrare in auto viene fornito un pass: ottimo servizio) ma davvero vicino a: stazione, autostazione, zona parcheggi. Nessun problema per muoversi, dunque. Nei dintorni sono presenti bar, ristoranti e pizzerie per tutti i gusti, sicuramente apprezzabile anche per chi non vuole spostarsi troppo. Prezzo: un po' elevato per un piccolo appartamento, ma comprensibile per la centralità e il bellissimo restauro recentemente effettuato (l' appartamento è davvero impeccabile in ogni dettaglio). Direi in linea con la categoria, dunque. Amleto, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e paziente. Ci ha aiutati in ogni situazione e la comunicazione è stata sempre eccellente. È una sistemazione che consiglierei a chiunque, senza dubbi!

È stato tutto talmente bello che non saprei. Se proprio dovessi indicare una cosa migliorabile, consiglierei di abbassare un po' la temperatura del riscaldamento la notte. Ma è davvero una cosa minima.
