A localização, limpeza e organização. Ótimo custo benefício.
Na cozinha poderia ter uma pratileira pra acomodar a cafeteira e a sanduicheira, pois atrapalha a utilização da pia.

A localização é ótima! Atendeu as expectativas, bom custo benefício. Possui ar condicionado e frigobar que foram essenciais no verão.
O controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, sendo necessário ligar no aparelho e não conseguimos alterar a configuração, também era um pouco barulhento. Para quem vem de carro é um pouco ruim de estacionar e achar vaga porque a rua é estreita. Também poderia ter um local para colocar shampoo e condicionador no chuveiro.
