Nightmare, couldn’t stay even one night. Had to leave after 10minutes

Nothing. We couldn’t stay even one night there as it was completely unsatisfactory and had to book elsewhere at great expense.

Everything. It is a seemingly abandoned building. Took a phonecall to owner to find the entranceway which was a fire escape door. Listing didn’t state it was a studio so surprised to find it was one room. “Apartment” implies self contained. It wasn’t - no kitchen. 1 bedroom suggests there is a bedroom. There wasn’t. Just one room with bed and sofa. We were three adults and had expected bedroom to be separate from lounge. Everywhere very dirty from entranceway to room. Stains all over walls, holes in window and door, crumbs all over sticky unmopped floor, shower basin unscrubbed with yellow stains and hair in it, no bath as listed, shower only, coffee table broken - one nudge and it would fall over. Called in advance to ask if bed linen was provided including for sofa bed. When arrived at 3pm no linen, messaged owner to request. Owner messaged at 8pm to say would be round in 30mins with some but by then had decided couldnt stay. Had a 7 month old and even without her it was just so disgusting and sticky. Had to pay for a last minute Ibis room at great expense.

Room small, location incorrect, entrance through fire escape door is this legal, main door is sealed, no banister on first flight of stairs, half a toilet roll, big TV but not connected to WiFi had to use own account to watch something, party going on under rooms informed would end around 8.30 went on to 11.00 pm, second night couple arguing until small house no sleep could here every word, host spoke little English, shower room constructed from ply wood within bedroom, ROOM WAS COLD. KITCHEN DIRTY, afraid to use it. Want a refund.

Disgusting filthy Apartment

Nothing we left after half an hour it was advertised as an apartment it was just a room with a bed and showef

1 Fire exit door as the entrance very difficult to open 2. The whole place was filthy. 3. Broken windows and dirty. 4. Shared filthy kitchen 5 Dirty bedding in the wardrobe 6. Stairs steep and filthy 7. The location is nt directly on the road and no 117 anywhere. 8. Not worth £65 we had to book alternative accommodation costing us £85

The host did his best to accommodate us but the apartment was definately nothing like it was advertised

The "apartment" was listed with air-conditioning. There wasn't any and when asked was told oh that shouldn't of been on the description as we had it removed. We had to ask for a fan! The bedding was filthy so had to ask for new linen and duvets/pillows. Sofa/bed was all stained. Mattress was as thin as paper and bowed in the middle. Shower/sink hadn't been cleaned We booked the apartment as it advertised a kitchen. But the kitchen was used by other people and was absolutely filthy so much so we had to go out and buy our own cups/cutlery etc. The fridge was full of everyone else's food that was mouldy. We had to wear our crocs in the shower and keep our shoes on around the room as we didn't feel clean. We were above a pub that had a party going on till gone 11pm and the kids were getting in and out of the stairs to our apartment and screaming and shouting. We were also told there was free parking on site but then was told I had to move my car on to the street miles away as it was all double yellows because of the party that was being held downstairs.

Dodgy building and area. Non refundable. To avoid!

The area and the building are quite dodgy. The keys were not in the key safe when I arrived with my daughter around 11pm at night. The owner said someone else might have taken the keys and offered to bring a spare key. But the place looked so underwhelming that I was feeling uncomfortable and unsafe to wait for the host alone with my daughter in the night. We had to find another place to stay. The owner would not give me refund and the Booking.com customer is impossible to contact. Avoid the place. It is non refundable as soon as you do the booking.

A great room and.good value

The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner could not have been more helpful in resolving our queries.

The shared kitchen had not been left in a good state by the others staying there. The owner came in and cleaned it when I explained the situation to him.
