Conveniently located luxury accommodation

Location was ideal for visiting family walking distance away. Off road parking. Had it not been winter, garden (shared with next door) would have been lovely to relax in. Comfortable beds. Struggling to think of anything not provided!

Disappointed that TV in bathroom didn't work (had been warned beforehand) - but didn't have time for a long bath anyway! There are a few scratches etc. ,particularly on stairs showing wear & tear. Was concerned as a security deposit was required. Needn't have worried - security deposit returned promptly after visit.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our trip which was to attend our daughter’s graduation at Sheffield University. Although we did not spend much time exploring the vicinity, the property is close to many amenities for shopping and dining as well as the city centre. The cleanliness of the property was another plus point which made our stay that much more pleasant.

Unfortunately, we chose to stay during the hottest period ever and despite keeping the windows opened through the night it was very humid and warm for sleeping. To clarify, this is not through any fault on the part of the host although a fan or two kept at the property would have been welcome.

Just book it, you won't regret it!

The host, Mike, is very friendly and has really helped us out a lot. We were able to stay in the house for an additional entire day, while normally we should have checked out at 10:30 hours. The house is in a perfect state. Looking tidy and luxurious. We didn't use the hot-tub, inviting as it was.. this must have been a treat! The property is near the City Center and public transport is really good from here. You do not need to rent a car for visiting the city. The property is spacious as is the garden. We were lucky the weather was very good, so we could enjoy spending time in the well maintained garden.
