Reasonable location - could walk easily into centre. Good to have a supermarket nearby. Ashley was friendly when we finally found the property.
As the host does not provide the name of the apartment block (only a postcode), we spent a lot of time wandering around trying to find it. It was a somewhat depressing area - office blocks, hotels and a busy dual carriageway. The apartment itself was okay and had everything you need (albeit not great quality). It was cold (small heaters in large rooms, thin duvet) and the meagre blinds did not block out light so it wasn’t easy to sleep. The building itself felt neglected - the lobby smelled of food waste/bins and there was nobody on reception. The building is called Velocity (should you decide to stay there) but with the grim location; early check out and £100 deposit; I would not recommend.
