The perfect hideaway for a French Riviera weekend

An incredible place to stay if you're visiting Monaco on a budget or are only in the area for a few days; the property is incredibly close to the main city, the room is clean, comfortable, and as a solo traveller, incredibly spacious.

Nothing much to say here; the only thing I would say is that the property is a little difficult to find in the beginning. The host was incredibly helpful and sent instructions, but it's easy to walk past.

It was good value for money for the location and allowed me to see all of the sights in Monaco.

The hot water in the shower doesn’t last long, and you aren’t provided with much shower gel or toilet roll. Overall a good stay though

Great for Monaco on a budget. New place. Perfect if going by car.

For the price we paid it was super. 2 mins away from a safe car park and 10 min walk to the main attraction in Monaco. New room and really clean. Very comfortable bed. All instructions were sent by WhatsApp. Very easy to find.

The area it’s located doesn’t feel like Monaco and getting back by walk from the centre is all uphill.

It was clean and just enough for one person. It’s like 10 min from the casino square. There is a supermarket on 1 min and a pharmacy.

Everything is good, but for two people, this acommodation is too small. It was easy to extend the days of staying, it's helped me a lot!

It is a little bit difficult to how to return the key, I couldn't open the box of the key and I don't know where can I leave it. Maybe it is better to open the key box more easier or explain where can we leave the key.

Struttura sporca, ingresso fatiscente. Ok una buon compromesso economico… ma a che prezzo? Nel letto abbiamo trovato tanti peli corti e scuri. Abbiamo dormito vestiti. Camere arredate in modo semplice ma curato.

не работи климатика и дистанционното и не може да се управлява климатика - да се пуска и спира , да се регулира температурата, няма комуникация между тях - т.е. духа само до зададената температура за да не харчи много ток - ужасно студено беше, а нямаше друг отоплителен уред

Hygiène à revoir

L’emplacement proche de Monaco Les explications pour accéder au logement étaient claires La rapidité du propriétaire quand on a signalé qu’on avait qu’une seule serviette pour deux

Pas du tout propre, des poils partout dans la douche (sur les murs, le sol et les portes de douche), les tapis de bains dégoûtants pleins de poils et de traces de chaussures, des poils aussi dans le lit. Et en plus le propriétaire m’a demandé sur WhatsApp de payer un supplément en cash pour mon chien alors que sur l’annonce c’est noté animaux admis sans supplément.

Logement sale

Très déçu de la propreté. Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté un manque de propreté évident : traces et cheveux dans la douche et sur l'évier, même chose pour la cuvette des toilettes, tapis poussiéreux avec des cheveux également, le fond des tasses de café mis à disposition avaient encore des traces de café... Bref, cela met un malaise et pas en confiance pour la suite du séjour. Nous nous sommes amusés à tout nettoyer derrière. Même si le logement est moins cher et accessible par rapport au standard de Monaco, nous nous attendions à avoir un logement propre et digne.

Cerca de la estación de tren.

Cuidado con las fotos que engañan mucho. Es un piso que han convertido en 3 habitaciones con cerradura. Es muy pequeño, la ducha y el lavabo están al lado de la cama, no hay apenas sitio para dejar la ropa y la maleta. Se oye absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones.

Immeuble Très bruyant . Fine cloison séparant la chambre voisine , vous pouvez donc profiter des conversations des voisins ..et de leur réveil a 6h du matin. La chambre est très petite et donnant sur rue.

Bien ubicado, pocos detalles que no lo hacen cómodo.

La ubicación es muy buena a 20 minutos andando del casino y a 10 minutos de la estación de tren.

Hay ruido por la noche pasando vehículos y se escucha las habitaciones de al lado. No había toallas de mano y al solicitarlas se indicó que no había, las amenities de baño escasas, no hay perchas para colgar toallas, la TV sin canales ni antena, preguntamos y no nos dieron solución. Únicamente 2 cápsulas de café para la estancia de 4 días. Poco espacio, no hay una mesa. Le faltan pequeños detalles para estar cómodos.

Llevo bastante tiempo usando booking para mis viajes y no suelo valorar los apartamentos a los que voy pero me voy obligado a hacer una excepción con este porque mi estancia en él ha sido excepcionalmente positiva: -La ubicación a escasos metros de la frontera monegasca es imbatible. -La relación calidad precio con respecto a la zona es impresionante. -Las instrucciones que me enviaron para el check-in son muy detalladas y precisas. -La limpieza, comodidad y detalle (como el café de la habitación) marcan la diferencia. Todo ésto contribuye a crear el apartamento perfecto para un viaje a Mónaco o a la Costa Azul, en general. En definitiva, ya sé dónde alojarme cuando vuelva a hacer un viaje por la zona el año que viene.

Ma chambre donnait cote rue, ce qui meriterait un double vitrage. L’eclairage au plafond est trop puissant. La pièce meriterait des éclairages indirects Je n’ai pas su capter de nombreuses chaînes sur la TV. Un mode d’emploi de la télécommande serait le bienvenu Le fer à repasser perd son eau à l’usage

Impossible de déjeuner voir prendre un café sur une table il n y a pas de chaise non plus. Je m attendais à une salle de bain mais non juste un évier qui fait office de lavabo. Draps lavés mais tachés certainement depuis longtemps. Climatisation ok douche ok. Voisins bruyants

El apartamento necesita una reforma importante. El aire acondicionado goteaba, y habían puesto un cubo para recoger el agua. Evitamos en lo posible conectarlo para evitar el ruido, a pesar del calor.
