Locatioin is very convenient. 3 short tram stops to Place Massena, central NIce. There is a supermarket nearby and bakeries and butchers on the street. The apartment and kitchenette in particular was well kitted out and modern. The pull out bed was comfortable (at least for one).

The host does not intend to meet you but does reply to messages. Picking up and dropping off the key from a keybox at a different location was annoying after a long journey and quite difficult to find. (The host would be better served to provide a map of the keybox location). The internal conversion to add the kitchenette has blocked out most of the windows, yet at night the top part, which is not covered by the kitchenette lets light in and should have a curtain.
