L'emplacement très bien, à 5mn du Tram 1, station libération et du marché. Le studio est lumineux, situé au 6ème étage avec ascenseur ( il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce) et bien équipé. Au calme. La literie de bonne qualité.
Sur l'annonce, il était annoncé avec un petit balcon; celui dont j'ai bénéficié, n'en avait pas.

Только приятные впечатления😊.Апартаменты чистые и в помещении был приятный свежий запах, всё как на фото, достаточно места. В ванной было всё необходимое, в кухне есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности: посуда, столовые приборы, кухонная техника и холодильник. Удобная кровать, свежее постельное бельё, кондиционер, телевизор и есть утюг, что очень удобно. Апартаменты не далеко от центра и 10 минут ходьбы от ЖД вокзала. Очень удобно до трамвайной остановки идти 6 минут, до автобусной с которой вы можете поехать прямо на набережную и до пляжа - 4 минуты ходьбы. Тихий район, рядом есть магазины, ресторанчики и большая аптека.В целом всё очень понравилось и хочется вернуться сюда снова 😊🩷
