Very good flat in central Nice. Close to the landmarks of Nice. Very convenient and clean. AC works well. Nice little garden.

We had such an amazing time staying here! The place looks exactly like the photos, no surprises at all, just super clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained.
The location is ideal: extremely close to the tram station and less than a 15-minute walk to Nice-Ville station. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, but has a great vibe in the morning with nice local shops and a delightful farmers' market right around the corner.
A special thanks to Océane! The communication with her was absolute perfection, she was so warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The service overall was top-tier.
We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nice!
