À savoir Check in dès 16-20h, ça m’a beaucoup dérangé car mon vol était prévu vendredi à 20h, arrivé à Nice vers 21h j’ai demandé une exception pour récupérer la clé mais non pas accepté. Donc pour pas tout perdre j’ai dû de changer mon vol de vendredi à samedi et j’ai payé très chère pour le changement dernière minute. Samedi j’ai dû de me balader toute la journée sous les 30 degrés avec mon sac à dos car Check in dès 16h 🙄. Ils sont pas flexibles.

Really cosy, has everything you may need. Good location and communication with host. It was nice temperature I think will be great for summer, not too hot.
For longer than 2 night I think is good to have extra towels for hands and hair. Do not reccomend for very tall people.

Location was ideal, right off the main street of Nice. Little gifts of lollies and drinks in the fridge were very thoughtful. Host was very responsive in her communication.
We were unaware the air conditioning was a seasonal thing, so it was non existent during our stay despite the advertisement stating it had aircon. Thankfully the temperatures were manageable with the windows open. The bed linen was not entirely clean. Bathroom relatively small, but did the job for a couple nights stay. There were also no curtains, so woken by the morning daylight each day.
