屋上からの眺めがとても良く、特に富士山の迫力が素晴らしい。テーブルセットが置いてあるので、朝にコーヒーを飲みながら、夕方にビールを飲みながら富士山を見つつくつろげて最高。 3ベッドルームでリビングも広い。リビングのソファも大きくて快適。 醤油皿のような小皿があれば申し分ないが、食器類の揃えは今まで泊まった中で一番よかった。ビールを飲むのにThermosのタンブラーはありがたかったし、ワイングラスがあるのも良かった。
1階にいると、2階の歩く音がかなり大きく聞こえるので驚いた。 浴室に椅子がないのでちょっと不便だった。 TVがスマートTV(というかプロジェクター)だったが、地上波が見れなかったので不便だった。 また、プロジェクターのすぐ近くにエアコンがあり、これの電源を入れると作動音でプロジェクターの音が聞こえてにくい。
