This stay is just a full magical experience! From mountain views to the coziness inside, everything takes you in and puts you right in holiday mode. It was simply amazing! The facilities are great, clean and easy to access, and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only downside would be the construction site right next to some of the rooms, and since they are not soundproof these loud sounds take away the nature element during the day a bit, but I’m sure it’s temporary and it doesn’t take too much out of the whole experience. Super recommend this one!!

Nice quiet and cozy place. Everything is as on the pictures
It’s ok but just be aware that walking distance to station is a bit more than 30 minutes and around 20 minutes to nearest shop

Location was nice and quiet. Mt Fuji was beautiful. Communication and facilities were nice.
Transportation/shuttle was disgusting. Check-in process was less than ideal. Man that checked us in did not look professional, however he was nice. The grounds / landscaping was terrible.
