環境乾淨
突如其來的警鈴作響，大家都被驚嚇到了！幸好沒有發生災害。客服的應對態度讓人無言。
另外，建議廚具（鍋子）能替換新的！差不多快燒壞了⋯

Beautiful and secluded, this was a wonderful escape from the city! Very spacious and clean, with an upstairs onsen and sauna! There were no physical staff at check in, so make sure you pay attention to communications you receive via email. Walking distance from FujiQ Highlands, FujiQ station, and Lake Kawajuku. We had a wonderful stay!
While we had a washing machine in the villa, there weren't instructions in the laundry room on how to use it (all buttons were in Japanese). I then stumbled across instructions for the washing machine in the community hub space. If I could, I would recommend the hosts place those user instructions in the laundry ready for use

The location is peaceful, and the house is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially loved the sauna and the onsen.
We missed having a dishwasher. In addition, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, and the alarm went off about 20 times one evening, which was quite uncomfortable. It was also a shame that there was nowhere nearby to buy Nespresso capsules when we ran out of coffee.

テラス席がベトベトしていて清潔感ない印象。大人8人までとあるが、室内に大人8人が座れる広さのテーブルがない。
