Amazing view of Mount Fuji. A lot of space. Fantastic location. Good parking. Great patio view. Lots of potential.

Not living up to it's potential! It could score a 9 or even 10, but lots of little things let it down. For anyone staying in Villa 1, I hope this helps you get hot water! Ignore the terminals next to the signs telling you how to switch the hot water on. They are not the hot water control terminals. The hot water control terminal is above the bath!! It's the bottom right hand button. Could be easily rectified by a page in the guest instruction book On flagging the problem og no hot water by message to the staff, there was no reply. No interest. Nothing! After a cold shower, I discovered the correct control by accident by randomly pressing some buttons.... However the staff jumped immediately on a message from me enquiring about using the bbq.....to tell me it would cost 4000 yen! Really!! There are not enough clothes hangers to dry clothes. There are no tea towels to dry dishes. We had to wash pans out of the cupboard before we could use them! The kitchen was generally poorly equipped. The patio area is great for the views but dirty. There is mould on the blinds in the shower. The place hasn't been dusted properly for a good while! Such a shame as it has loads of potential.
