富士山の見える宿で、素晴らしい立地です？
サウナ、ジャグジー、その他何でも揃っており、大人数で止まるに最高の宿です。
富士登山で、2泊お世話になりました。
しゃもじが無くて困りました。
２つあるうちの、一つのホットプレートが故障していると思います。
洗濯物を干すハンガーが、もっと欲しいです。
暗証番号のお知らせが、なぜか翌日に届きました。当日、お電話をしたら繋がり教えて頂けたので大丈夫でした。

こまめにメール連絡もいただき質問への対応もとても速くて助かりました。
近隣にお買い物をできる場所が多く足りないものがあっても不便ではなかった。
一階の各部屋の照明が暗く（特にリビング）皆で過ごすにあたり少し残念だった。
時期的なことで仕方ないがとても寒かった。

サウナやハンモック等あり、広々していて良かったと思います
