Location and garden are great. House is spacious and decorated. I can see that property is offered with love.
It needs renovation, it smells badly, kitchen is filthy as hell, spiders and various insects live in the same area. It could only be offered as a room for a night stay but not as a whole place. Only bathroom is accessible via outdoor passage which makes it unusable.
