Location: easy to come from Tokyo, larger supermarket and convenience stores near by Cottage design: cozy and convenient View: panoramic stunning Fiji view from the room
• Confusing check in/ out process • No staff on site, not so attentive to help solve the check-in problem • No English speaking staff • Server failure during check-in and without phone you are not able to connect with the staff.
