Breathtaking location, stunning cabin, super cozy, completely in tune with the surrounding nature, lovely decor. Waking up to view the beautiful Mount Fuji, this one-night stay turned out to be on of the highlights of our trip to Japan.
Because the beds were on the floor and the matresses were soft, it wasn't like super comfortable to be honest. We ended up sleeping on top of the duvets.

とても素敵なコテージでした。滞在中にWi-Fiが途中で繋がらなくなるトラブルがありましたが、24時間対応のサポート窓口に連絡したところ、すぐにスタッフの方が対応してくださり、夜遅い時間にもかかわらず現地まで来て原因を確認してくださいました。当日中には原因が分からなかったものの、後日きちんと原因についてご連絡いただき、さらに返金対応までしていただきました。トラブルが自然由来の原因だったにもかかわらず、最後まで丁寧に対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。施設自体もとても綺麗で快適で、雰囲気も素敵でした。またぜひ利用したいと思える宿です。
施設が山の中にあるというところから、電波が届かないため、今回のようにWiFiトラブルがあった場合、電子機器が全て利用不可能になってしまう点は、不便に感じた。そういうことが起きても、デジタルデトックスだと思える方はとてもこの宿はおすすめです。

• Confusing check in/ out process • No staff on site, not so attentive to help solve the check-in problem • No English speaking staff • Server failure during check-in and without phone you are not able to connect with the staff.
