The food was excellent. Traditional Japanese cooking for both dinner and breakfast.
We 'enjoyed' a typhoon whilst we were there - the advice we got from the staff as to how to overcome the consequential travel disruption was spot on.
The pick up and drop off service from the station was also appreciated.

The view of the room is unbeatable and you can see Mt. Fuji outside your window.
The hotel facilities are kind of old. It didn't fully meet my expectations with the price I paid. But it's understandable that the hotels in this area are overpriced, given the location.
