・子連れグループでも快適に過ごせる部屋数と広さであった ・遊び場とおもちゃがあり、子供の安全面にも考慮された部屋があった ・テラスも屋根付きで天候に左右されにくい ・コンビニエンスストアが徒歩3分ほどにある ・洗面台、手洗いが２つずつある ・サウナ、シャワー室、浴室が整っている ・アメニティが十分ある(歯磨き粉、タオル、外用スリッパ、食器) ・住宅地の中にあり、夜朝と静かに過ごせる ・チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡易であり、 　ゲストのやるべき片付け等が少ない ・オーナー様のレスポンスが比較的早くて丁寧である
・所々に蜘蛛の巣があった(寝室窓枠、1階トイレ) ・ガスコンロのグリルが清掃されていなかった ・調味料がいくつか使いかけであった(油、焼肉のタレ？) ・外観が少々わかりにくい(1住宅として溶け込んでいる)
