The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great with nice views on the lake and mountain
Upon checking-in, we were informed that the private Onsen will be free with our booking, so we booked it twice thinking it was very, however upon checking out i got surprised that they charged us for both times we used the private Onsen (wasn’t expensive though)

Great location infront of the lake and park. The onsen was quite good.
Rooms are very rustic. Sleeping on yoga like mattresses on the floor. No night lamps. Breakfast was served without choice, not to our liking.
