The location is fantastic, just across the street from a lovely park. Walkable to restaurants and the grocery. And the views of Mt. Fuji are excellent if you select a Mountain View room.
The public baths are full of surprises, don’t miss the roof top tub with a eye level view of Fujisan!
We didn’t have opportunity to dine for dinner but the breakfast was excellent.
Service was spectacular, staff was attentive and caring. They even took time to help us with our train schedule and booked an early shuttle to accommodate our schedule.
I don’t have any negative feedback from our stay!

Beautiful view and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Nothing major, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing was the location of the luggage storage which is in front of the fridge which makes it awkward to open.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great with nice views on the lake and mountain
Upon checking-in, we were informed that the private Onsen will be free with our booking, so we booked it twice thinking it was very, however upon checking out i got surprised that they charged us for both times we used the private Onsen (wasn’t expensive though)
