Everything was great with this property. The minimal conversation I had with the staff was quick and receptive. The kitchen had full appliances and kitchen wares. The bath is amazing. So many things to like. Even the location, free parking, and the delicious onigiri restaurant next door.
Only two things I could gripe about.
1. The mattress are soooooo hard. Felt like I was sleeping on wood.
2. A small supply of condiments would have been nice like: salt, pepper, cooking oil, soy sauce.

Beautiful, modern and well thought out property that was in a great location. There were lots of wonderful little touches that made our stay just perfect. The property was very spacious and our family of four very much enjoyed the space. Hosts were easy to communicate with and we were supplied with great instructions on how to use the property.

Amazing location and views, very clean, the lava room was my personal favourite!
Bed was way too firm for me
Emergency exit light above the stairs was very bright, shining into the bedroom the whole night
Water temperature didn’t get as hot as it should have to make the bath enjoyable, some instructions for how to use the water heating system would have been helpful
Comfortable seating in the downstairs living area to be able to sit and look out on the lake would be a nice addition rather than just the table
