I like the location. It is very close to almost all the good places we wanted to visit. I also like the self check-in/check-out arrangement. The view from the window facing Mt. Fuji is also pretty awesome.
We went here during winter time, so the air is expected to be really dry. Yet, there was no humidifier in the house. There was an air purifier, but not a humidifier. During our first night, we woke up having really dry mouth and throat. We ended up sleeping in the living room the next night and we had to boil water, and wet the towels and hang it to dry in the living room to humidify the room. We really did not get a comfortable sleep/rest. 😞 The shampoo and conditioner provided were also not good.
