Everything. Our room, the Onsen, the lounge, location and view of the lake. Just perfection, great for relaxing in luxurious surroundings. Breakfast was super as was afternoon tea and cake, then cocktails and light food was fabulous.
All good

Everything! Lovely room with an amazing view over the lake. Breakfast and a light dinner (snacks) included in the price with a wide range of options and of a high quality. We only needed to buy lunch when we were out. Relaxing in the onset while looking out at the lake after a day of walking finished each day well. Staff were extremely helpful when my sister left something at our previous accommodation in Tokyo. They contacted the hotel and arranged for it to be delivered to Rakuyu. They provide a Shuttle bus to and from the train/bus station.
A perfect stay. Just be aware that the road down to the lake is very steep if you decide to walk it.
