The location and the lounge were the best about our stay. It's a beautiful walk to get there and easy with hand luggage. If you are not traveling light they ca arrange a pickup. The Lounge with food, snacks and drinks that turned out to be included in the room rate was a very nice surprise! The hotel has amazing view a the more quit lake and you can make beautiful walking trips day and night from the location.

The view from the hotel, and our room, was spectacular. So beautiful in fact that my partner proposed in our room!!! Our room was clean, comfortable and I can't say enough about the view. The drinks reception and "snacks" in the evening was absolutely incredible - wine, beer, spirits, prosecco, sake all available for self pouring. The food included sashimi, ramen, steak, salads and some hot food - all absolutely delicious. The hotel ran a shuttle to and from the train station which made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and informed and made the stay a delight. Our only regret is we didn't stay more than one night!
Please note it is up quite a hill! It's fine if getting shuttle to and from train station but something to note if you are walking back to hotel after being down by the lake!
