BBQの火が弱くて時間がかかった。 お風呂が外から丸見えの動線上にあるので、景色を見れず、締め切って入るしかできなかった。

おしゃれできれいでした 雨で景色を観ることができませんでしたが、見えたら最高だなって思いました

i told them we are going to be 4 person who will stay but they only prepared things for 2 person only like towel,pillows we have to request it on the day of the arrival,we got our reservation months before the arrival and still it isnt prepared,we called when we noticed it and they sent the items missing which is still good?we tried to call the staff to ask about it thru phone no one answered,they sent mail luckily there was a filipino named stan who is very helpful to us,thanks to him our stay was good

The property is very well located in fujikawaguchiko, it’s an easy walk to the train station and simple to find. The accommodation is very spacious for Japanese rooms and features everything you need.

The room can get a little cold, and although a heater is provided, it is quite noisy when running. The A/C is also located directly above the beds, which is something to keep in mind when booking. There are three beds in the room. Unfortunately, the mattress on the middle bed is noticeably higher than the other two, which made it a little uncomfortable for us as a couple who wanted to share a bed during our honeymoon. The TV was very difficult to use as it required extensive calibration beforehand, and even after that, it was still almost impossible to use properly. The curtains also could not be fully closed because one of the lower hinges was stuck, which meant that the room remained quite bright. We also found some leftover items from previous guests in the fridge, so the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. Overall, these are relatively small things, but they are worth mentioning for future guests.
