朝食は量もあり美味しく、ペット同伴可でペットも過ごしやすい環境でした。
駄菓子やおみくじサービスの意外性や、アメニティも充実してたと思います。
マットレスが柔らかく薄い気がした。テレビが見れなく、wifiはあるが携帯の電波も悪い場所でした。
部屋でエアコンつけていたが乾燥が凄かった。

宿の方が丁寧だった。
アメニティが良くて、タオルがふわふわでした。
お部屋に以前宿泊された方のペットの毛があった。
掛布団が少し臭った。

Japanese Inn, private Onsen booked in each day, snacks and loads of free items on arrival. Staff were kind and attentive.
Food options were limited and pricey, it was a bit isolated compared to the rest of Hakone, no lake view from the windows

I liked the breakfast. Bathroom was clean. Good amenities in the room.
I was surprised that pets were allowed as I didn't see that come up in any of the booking sites. The room smelled musty and the tatami was ruined just below the air-con. The carpet also seemed worn out. And though the private onsen was relaxing again it wasn't that clean and had a bit of a smell.
