シャワー、風呂の設備が綺麗で快適だった。

テレビが1台なのは少ない気がした。 Netflixを無料で見れるようにして欲しい。

House is quite comfortable for a family of 10 with two showers and two toilets. Kitchen is well equipped.

Parking is not close to house. Have to walk and cross a small road to car park (inconvenient when it's raining).

Spacious, comfy and clean facility. There is also onsen bath and onsen footbath. The staff-less self check in was also easy to use.

The onsen was not continuously flowing, when we arrived at the property at night, the onsen bath was already filled and the bath water was left to cool. By the time we are ready to take a bath, the water was only a little higher than room temperature. We connect to the staff remotely via tablet and asked to open the onsen water tap (the tap only supply normal water unless guest request to switch to onsen water), however the staff could not be of any assistance on this matter. So we had to wait till morning at 9am until the main staff is on duty to make such request, which left little time to enjoy the onsen, considering that the check out time is at 10am.

The villa is great for a family vacation, just the enough space for us.

Parking could only be accessed by walking on the main road with cars travelling om the side, it would be better if there is a more convenient access.
