Personnel trés accueillant, chambre spacieuse, onsen privatif et public en fonction des horaires très appréciable, repas traditionnel trés copieux et permettant de nombreuses découvertes. Yukata à disposition au choix ! Les enfants ont adoré l'expérience.
Trop de lumière dans la chambre coté futon pour dormir. Dans chambre à 4, 2 futons et 2 vrais lits, nous aurions apprécié tous dormir dans des futons ! Un peu éloigné mais bus accessible à proximité.

夕飯、朝食ともに美味しくてサービスも丁寧で大満足でした。
細かい部分ですが客室の洗面所の上部にホコリが溜まっていた点が気になりました。
