食事について。 見た目、味、スタッフさんの対応、すべてに大満足でした お風呂も部屋ごとの貸切時間があることにも優しい配慮がうかがえました また館内にもいたるところ細やかな配慮が目につき、とても癒されました
良くなかったわけではありませんが、入り口への階段がちょっと膝の悪い同行者に負担がありました

料理が最高によかったです！一つ一つ丁寧で器に盛るのもこだわっていてとてもよかったです！また温泉もとても気持ちよくほんとうに気に入りました！普通に入るなん以外に、貸切も時間を決めて入れるのでゆっくり入ることができてとてもよいやり方だと思いました。お湯はとてもよかったです！施設は新しいものではないようでしたが、とても清潔な感じで気持ちよかったです。
よくないことはほとんどないのですが、時々お隣の話し声が聞こえていたことでしょうか…。でもお部屋が広かったので特に気にならなかったです。

L'accueil et l'ambiance immersive qui étaient top, la vue sur les montagnes et les repas. Les tenues traditionnelles qu'on a pu porter.
L'insuffisance de propreté des WC, lavabo et dans l'espace des onsen (moisissures et traces de saletés). Les bains en eux-mêmes étaient propres et les chambres aussi.
