Mount Fuji Panorama Glamping

The room was very clean and just adequate for 1 night for 3 people with a sofa bed and a large double bed. Kitchennette helped us to make our dinner. We could keep our luggage in the room since we were early for check in. It is within walking distance- about 10 minutes from Kawaguchiko bus stop. The camp has a direct view of Mt Fuji. We got complimentary tokens to a drink from the vending machine outside.

There were no other facilities in the camp. Apart from 4 large trailers and 1 vending maching there is nothing else in the place. Just need to be prepared that this is not a fancy resort kind of a camp. Just stay out most of the day and come back to sleep and freshen up.

The bed was comfortable, the communication with the host was great and the view was spectacular! The home was suprisingly spacious and the area was very calm, so we slept very good.

We liked everything!

The beds and pillows were perfect. The view was stunning! Great location too!

Good view of Mount Fuji on a clear day but only from the king rooms. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Fairly central location but difficult to find in the dark because it’s located off the Main Street.

We were expecting a dome because this was the picture advertised but apparently the company have, both domes and trailers so it’s important to check the small print when booking. There are lots of facilities available in the trailer but some are difficult to use if you are not Japanese. The remoteness of hosts also adds an additional dimension due to their accessibility. The property advertises the use of a bbq but this is only available when pre-booked and incurs an additional charge. Overall I was a little disappointed for the price because the property was not a cheap booking.
