Wonderful facilities and extremely helpful staff. They were very accommodating of our little ones.
The music from the pub was loud enough to reach us on the second floor and it carried on WELL into the night, making it a bit hard to sleep.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one.
It was very convenient for the beach and harbour.
It needed updating, especially the shower room. The carpets needed shampooing, and it could do with a decent mattress. (A comfortable mattress, i know is different for everyone)

Location was perfect, bar and facilities were nice and staff were very friendly. Room was quiet even though there was a function downstairs. It was also warm and comfortable.
Minor things, toilet hadn’t been flushed from whoever was in room before and room/bathroom could do with a freshen up, other than that I’d use again if I’m ever in the area.

Location was good
Confronted by a staff member when going to my room at 3 in morning and had to prove I had a room .
This is not good customer service. Considering I had a key for both main door and room I feel there is no need for staff member to barge out bar and stop me going to my room at 3 in morning.
