Clean, comfortable and close to Town Centre. Decent breakfast options, can have a couple of filled rolls if you don't fancy a full breakfast.
Not a problem for me, but some quite steep stairs if you're on the 2nd floor.

The house is a big beautiful and well kept old building with enough parking for guests and a short walk down to the town centre.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I ordered breakfast in advance to take away.
I had also booked a single room which was small, but exactly what I expected when I booked. It was in excellent condition, the bed was comfortable and the bedside table helpfully had USB charging.

Great location easy walk to pubs and restaurant. Personal check-in. On-site parking for motorbikes. Warm heating. Lovely hot traditional breakfast included. Shared bathroom on both floors

Breakfast was good - apart from potato scones not being fried on first day - wifi was excellent
Place is a little tired and needs redecoration and cleanliness needs improving
