Great comfortable rental right in town

The room was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre and the harbour. It was good to have off steet parking right by the entrance. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, a tea/coffee area and fridge, a smart TV and a fantastically hot and large shower! The tunnocks and milk were a lovely touch and it was nice to have low level lamps and not just bright overhead lights like a lot of rooms. It was below zero when we stayed and snow outside but the room was very toasty! We will definitely book again next time we're up.

Big bathroom, smart TV, easy check in/out, and responsive hosts.

Nothing really. Maybe a folding table will be good and some instructions on how to unlock and operate the front door handle. Also Booking.com website has 11am as checkout whereas the onsite sign states 10am.

Cozy stay - huge recommendation

Small but very comfy room with everything you need, even a small fridge. It was within walking distance to the town centre and the beach. Beata was very friendly and even made an earlier check in possible. Thank you very much for that! Room had personal details about her work as jewellery designer which I find very nice. I might look into her Etsy shop! We stayed for only one night but if we ever come back to Stonehaven we will definitely book here again. :)

Depending on preferred sleeping style the mattress’s might be a bit hard. But that’s frankly a personal preference. There is literally nothing we didn’t like.

A small studio but great value for money and an excellent host.

It was wonderful to be able to park immediately outside the accommodation. Our host Rob was very kind and helpful, a real gentleman who helped to make our stay very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed with a large walk in shower. It was spotlessly clean.

One thing that was a little difficult for us personally was the fact that the bed was very low although very comfortable also there was no table.

Super-clean, friendly and modern rooms.

Like a lovely hotel room. Super-clean. Large bathroom. Full-size fridge and microwave - handy for drinks and simple breakfast prep. Large TV with Netflix. Comfy bench outside door to relax with a coffee and book. Extra special touches of a Tunnocks Tea Cake on the towel pile and some fresh flowers in a glass.

Maybe a larger area for food prep, but better to eat out anyway!

Warm and welcoming, very relaxing stay.

Robert was a very considerate and welcoming host. Room was very clean, microwave and fridge was appreciated. Very short walk into Stonehaven. Nice bench seat outside room overlooking garden.

No desk, this would not be a problem for an ovenight stay.

Great overnight stop, Cozy and Comfortable

Nice room for an overnight/short stay. Bed was comfortable but very low to the floor. Room was clean, equipped with fan, nice lighting, wonderful shower. Best of all the owner was very nice, met us at the door and answered all our questions, showed us the gardens, and provided tips for where to eat.

Tutto perfetto. Comfort e gentilezza.

La casa è bellissima, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e a due passi dal porto. La camera era pulitissima e super accogliente, con ogni comfort. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo con noi e molto disponibile. Ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante per la sera e un’ottimo itinerario per il giorno.

Tolles Zimmer mit großem Bad

Tolles Zimmer im Anbau des Hauses der Besitzer. Parken war direkt im Hof möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - das Bad schön groß mit großer Dusche und Bidet. Haben gerne am Abend noch auf der Bank für dem Anbau in der Sonne gesessen :-)

Increible! Hermosa habitación de huéspedes! Super recomendable

Hermosa habitación de huéspedes! Super cómoda, equipada y acogedora. Solo estuvimos una noche pero disfrutamos mucho la tranquilidad de descansar como en casa. Beata y Robert fueron muy amables, tienen una casa hermosa en un barrio muy lindo de la ciudad, cerca de todo y fácil acceso desde la estación de tren. Realmente volveríamos a hospedarnos en su casa de huéspedes. Súper recomendable :)
