nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre accueil et pour le séjour que nous avons passé chez vous. Tout était très bien : logement propre, confortable et très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié votre gentillesse en nous permettant de laisser nos bagages après le check‑out, ce qui nous a vraiment facilité la journée. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et de votre disponibilité.

Una casa muy acogedora, con muchos detalles para sentirse cómodo. Chocolatitos, libros gigantes sobre arte belga, peluches, jajaja. Y en pleno centro histórico. El anfitrión, Christian, amabilísimo. Nos recomendó sitios buenos.

Hacía mucho calor... No supimos muy bien cómo regularlo. Y lo único malo del sitio es que está dentro de unas galerías que cierran de noche y hay que entrar por un callejón muy siniestro. Y la parte de dentro se llenaba de yonquis y borrachos.

I was met by the very nice owner Christian, he gave me instructions and reccomandations. Location couldn't be better, so close to the Grand Place and convenient for the Central Station as well. The appartment was big, clean, with real plants, the kitchen well equipped.

The bed was on a wood platform and made some noise, also when showering the heating made some strange noises.

The overall location is great -central and easy to get around. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and is expected to have air conditioning installed by the end of June 2026. The host was friendly and eager to help.

The entrance to the building is located within a commercial gallery, which is not the cleanest of places. The building itself is quite neglected, which likely explains why we had to kill three small cockroaches in the bathroom. The regular cleaners were apparently on vacation, so the owner cleaned the apartment himself; unfortunately, the WC was not up to standard, and the kitchen appliances and utensils did not look thoroughly clean. We were also unlucky to stay for two nights during a heatwave at the end of May (30+°C), and without AC yet, the whole flat was literally boiling.
