Worst renting experience

The location was great. WiFi worked fine

I had to wait 15 minutes outside for the host to come downstairs and open the door for me. There was no toilet paper or soap available in some of the sinks. The property was incredibly dirty. There were hairs and dust on the sinks, showers, and floor. The bed sheets smelled so bad that the whole place smelled of dirty laundry. I was so disgusted that I didn't even try to use the kitchen. No one showed up for check-out, and I received no instructions on where to leave the keys or what time I was supposed to leave. I requested an invoice several times and am still waiting for a reply. This was honestly my worst experience renting a place through Booking.

La ubicación

Un desastre. Le preguntamos si podíamos entrar antes ya que hacía frío y llegamos antes de tiempo. No es que no nos dejase (esto lo entendemos porque por desgracia estaba avisado) si no que tuvimos que entrar una hora más tarde. Llegamos, estuvimos llamando y viéndole por la ventana tardo unos 10 minutos en abrirnos. La casa estaba asquerosa, mucha suciedad: las sábanas, el suelo... Las sábanas no parecían lavadas. Faltaban toallas, ropa de cama para el sofá cama, se lo pedimos justo cuando se fue y tardó en traerlo... Un desastre, vaya

非常髒設備維護的很糟糕有很多掉落的食物在地毯上詢問是否能開暖氣被已讀不回（最後也沒開很冷） WiFi也無法順利面上線

Τοποθεσια καλη. Καθαριοτητα / εξοπλισμος απαραδεκτα.

Μονο η τοποθεσια που ηταν σχετικα κοντα σε αξιοθεατα. Ηταν ισογειο , και ακουγονταν ολοι οσοι περνουσαν απο εξω. Ειχε μικρο δωματιο, μικρη κουζινα αλλα αρκετο χωρο στο καθηστικο / σαλονι για δυο καναπεδες , τραπεζι και γραφειο.

Το σπιτι δεν ειχε ετοιμαστει, οι ιδιοκτητες που μενουν απο επανω δεν ειχαν ενημερωθει καν για την κρατηση. Ενω ειχα μιλησει με καποιον που το διαχειριζεται, δεν τους ειχε ενημερωσει. οτι θα φταναμε νωρις. Χτυπουσαμε κουδουνι για ωρα, μεχρι να ξυπνησουν (11:30 πμ) Κατεβηκαν κακην κακως να το καθαρισουν. Δεν εχουν ιδεα τι σημαινει καθαρο σπιτι. Τα σκουπιδια ηταν ακομα στα καλαθια. Ειχαν φερει μονο μια πετσετα για 3 ατομα και ζητησαμε να μας φερουν επιπλεον. Ουτε σεντονια κουβερτες μαξιλαρια για τον καναπε κρεβατι ειχαν αφησει. Ζητησαμε και αυτα. Το καθαρισμα ηταν επιφανειακο. Το πατωμα δεν εχει καθαριστει/ σφουγγαριστει ποτε, μα ποτε!! Τα μπανια ηταν παλια, με 1 ρολο χαρτι για 3 ατομα, χωρις πετσετες, ουτε μερος να τις κρεμασουμε, χωρις ουτε σαπουνι. Η κουζινα φαινομενικα ηταν αποδεκτη, αν και δεν τη χρησιμοποιησαμε. Η διαμονη μας ευτυχως ηταν μονο για ενα βραδυ. Τα παιδια αυτα δεν ξερουν τι σημαινει καθαρο , εξοπλισμενο σπιτι. Εχουν να μαθουν πολλα. Δεν χρησιμοποιησαμε μπανιο/ ντουζ. Το βραδυ εκανε πολυ ζεστη (καλο για χειμωνα, ειχε μεγαλο καλοριφερ στο σαλονι). Ειναι σπιτι πολυ χαμηλων προδιαγραφων, αλλα ειναι και αναλογα με τον καθε ταξιδιωτη και τις απαιτησεις του. Για εμας ηταν απλα απαραδεκτο. Απλα για εναν υπνο πριν φυγουμε, ευτυχως.

Necesita un lavado de cara

La ubicación es fantástica, en una zona muy céntrica y cerca de los museos y edificios importantes, también cerca de transporte publico

Necesita renovación, el suelo está manchado, la ducha está oxidada. El aseo donde está el wc, no hay agua caliente para lavarse las manos. Había algún enchufe suelto No estaba del todo limpio, los cajones de la mesa delante del sofá estaban sucios.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, der dem Nachbarn gehört. Wenn der ihn braucht, kann man das Auto direkt an der Wand des Hauses abstellen. Das wird offensichtlich toleriert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert. Das Appartement hat zwar ein sehr kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine kleine Küche, aber die beiden Zimmer sind groß.

Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die erneuert/repariert werden müssten.

Super Lage, aber es mangelte an Sauberkeit. Als Studentenwohnung ok.

Es war nicht geputzt worden vor meiner Ankunft. Überall lagen lange schwarze Haare herum. Auch der Abfalleimer war nicht entleert worden.

La suciedad del apartamento era antigua. No sé cuánto tiempo hacía que no se limpiaba. Parecia que no se había limpiado entre los ocupantes anteriores y nuestra llegada. El suelo lleno de manchas, pelusas y pelos. El sofá cama con una enorme mancha. Muy sucio

Ottimo alloggio vicino al centro

La posizione è ottima, 10 minuti di cammino dal centro e circa 20 minuti dal parlamento europeo. Parcheggio gratuito incustodito a lato della casa. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato.

Mancano le tende oscuranti e un tavolino e sedie (anche richiudibili)
