A good value for money with useful facilities and close to metro.

A spacious flat with a comfortable bed and a large living room. It has everything you need. There is even a small courtyard with an umbrella and a table, but I didn't have time to use it. The windows in the living room don't protect against noise when trucks or ambulances drive by, but there isn't much traffic on the street. The bedroom is very quiet. The flat is quite clean. Small rugs near the beds could be added, especially in cold season they would come in handy. The kitchen also has everything you need for cooking. Some appliances (such as the kettle, oven, coffee machine) could be replaced or upgraded (some are old or partly functional). The fridge is large and good, the owners even left a few cans of beer in it.

Not good

Location is ok if you don't mind a 20 to 30 min walk to city center or using the metro (close to Madou)

The garden was an unusable mess, under construction, and we were not informed of this. There were occasionally workers doing their job, meaning noise and no privacy (only the bedroom possesses curtains, not the rest of the house). We had chosen this apartment in grand part due to the garden photos, which are manifestly not representative of the current situation. Huge disappointment. The house was not sufficiently clean, and the kitchen was a mess in terms of organization. The shower leaks water everywhere and has barely enough warm water for two people showering, and the toilet is super small (barely able to close the door against my knees, and I am not that tall). As an additional note, there were no colored trash bags made available (the ones for recycling) and no instructions to how the trash should be disposed off to meet Bruxelles rules. A lot to improve to justify such a high price.

Nice place to stay

Location is close to the city. Right in the middle of north and south stations. Easy access to all attractions in the city.

Doors are not easy to open. Feels like an old house. A nice renovation would fix the place and can give more Cozy feel for people who stay. Also better to replace the utensils with new ones. Cold inside even with heaters on.

Cute and wet

The apartment was in a very social location of the city center. The facilities were great and it was pretty comfortable

The major issues was that there was a huge water leak in the hallway coming from the toilet water pipes and we basically got flooded mid-way during our stay.

Centrally located.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the accommodation. The check-in was agreed at 3pm, but unfortunately we stood in front of closed doors for 1.5 hours with unrefrigerated food and did not reach anyone. The apartment was okay, but someone seems to live here and despite the cleaner it was not completely clean. There was still food in the fridge, the curtains are dirty, there is still hair everywhere and the garden is overgrown. In the hallway, the wall is open and you look at several cables. We expected something different for the price. The owner responded to our messages and tried the best. Couldn't reach anyone by phone. From 8 o'clock there was unfortunately also daily construction work at the house.

The property does not look like as show in picture. Toilet is just like you can sit and can't move....bathroom is OK but water flows outside in apartment when you bath.

You could probably find something cleaner

The apartment is pretty close to the city center.

The apartment was not clean and it was full of stuff, which means that there are people who live there full time and they rent from time to time. Therefore there’s no space for your staff, you’ll just have to keep everything in your suitcase. Also, it is impossible to use the toilet with the door closed, as there is no space left in that room, so if you’re going there with people you don’t know very well it might get a little awkward.

Perfect for a one night stop over

absolutely everything you need - kitchen utensils (loads of stuff!), herbs & spices & soaps. Really comfortable sofa and bed, very quiet. warm and felt safe. great communication from the host, excellent instructions to find the place and photos provided very useful. great tv with Netflix. good size, plenty of space and was nice and clean and nicely decorated.

smell of cigarettes wasn’t great but it wasn’t too strong. hallway need a re-do!

The apartment had just been finished cleaned when we arrived , it was nice and clean, but it had loads of clutter everywhere , there was not much space to hang our clothes, kitchen presses were full with other people food no room for our grocerys

Would not recommend!

Location

First of all, the apartment wasn't clean at all. The floors were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the walls were stained. The toliet is like a deathtrap, verry small and unconfortable. They have issues with the boiler so we had to take cold shower in the first night. Very unconfortable bed and the sheets were old and stained. The apartment is in need of refurbishment and a deep clean. I wouldn't go back there so I wouldn't recommend.

Location and communication was good. The living room and kitchen had a nice equipment.

The equipment was very good. You almost like being at home. We had the whole apartement for ourselves.

The cleaning women came in, while we were still there. She was nice, but we didn’t had a chance, to pack our stuff in privacy.

Worst stay of my life - Dont go !

Nothing for which I paid a lot

The garden is not mainted at all , lot of rubbish in kitchen & gragen area. I thought its a good property seeing reviews but dont go as per reviews my suggestion. I booked this for my family . Bolier was not working , toilet is so small I can tell you that you cant close the toilet door as its too small to fit anyone . Bathroom water comes outside so its make things worse. Its not properly cleaned . Dishwasher was stinky & rubbish there .bed sheets have stains & not looking fresh . So for the amount you pay its not worth to stay here .

La limpieza y la dejadez del alojamiento. Hilos de la corriente desconectados en la cocina y partes de la cocina sucias sin limpiar, muchas cajas de almacenamiento por todo el apartamento con trastos dentro acumulados, mando de la televisión sin pilas, entrada del alojamiento sin luz (sólo se abre con el interruptor de la puerta de entrada al apartamento, no la de la entrada general) y al llegar nos encontramos la fregona y un carro de la compra con ropa sucia en el recibidor. La impresión es de dejadez.

Todo lleno de mierda , sin puertas en algunos sitios, el baño no puedes cerrar pq no te caben las piernas, todo lleno de mosquitos muertos en las paredes, todo super sucio,lleno de humedades, no volveria ni aunque fuera gratis.

Falta de consideración

Me gustó la localización.

No me gustó la limpieza de la casa, y algo en particular, en el primero día el doño nos dejó entrar 1:10 antes del checkin las 13:50, luego las 14:30 llegó un trabajador con la llave de la casa intentando abrir la puerta, no le deje entrar y luego el doño me llamo el pedio que dejasen los trabajadores entrar pq era el único día que podíam hacer la reparación del aseo y tenía que dejarlos entrar e que sería solo 1:00 como máximo, el chico se quedó 1:55min pq empezamos a llamar a atención ao cliente de booking pq ya tenía despertado la niña e no tenía ningún indicio de que iba parar tan temprano, salió dejo el piso todo sucio, y el respaldo del propietario fue terrible. NO PUDE HACER MI PLAN DEL PRIMERO DIA PQ ME QUEDE CON MIEDO DE LA PERSONA VOLVER AO APARTAMENTO, CUANDO NO ESTAVAMOS, (PQ EL TENIA LA LLAVE), NO PUDE DESCANSAR CUANDO LLEGUE PQ O USO DE HIERRAMIENTAS QUE FUE CONSTANTE Y POR LA NOCHE ESTABA EXAUSTA E LAS NIÑAS TAMBIEM PQ NO FUE POSIBLE DESCANSAR POR LA TARDE ASÍ QUE LAS 45HS U EN BRUSELAS SE TORNARON 37hs (Para quien planea un viaje 6 meses 8hs pérdidas es mucho)

Ev rutubet kokuyor. Çok bakımsız. 4 kişiye uygun diyor ama bir tane çift kişilik yatağa dönüşen kanepe var ve üzeri temiz değil. Bir de yine çift kişilik yatak var. İki çocuk ayrı ayrı yatamıyor. Tuvalette lavabo yok, lavabo banyoda. Tv kumandası çalışmıyor.
