The place was freshly renovated using nice finishes and quality materials, not only in the room but also in the bathroom. Everything felt fresh and new. The room was very clean, as was the entrance hall.
The location isn’t in the most attractive neighborhood, and we were aware of this beforehand. However, if you want to be close to Termini, this is a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who helped us access the room didn’t speak English, but she was very friendly and did her best to help us understand the instructions.
