Good central location, large room and very accommodating staff.

Very thin walls so we could hear the room next door showing at 1am. Curtains weren’t black out so the room became very light with the sun. Cleaners tried to come in at 9:30am and woke us up, a little earlier than I’d expect.

The property is near to Roma Termini and many eating places. The reception lady Barbara is good in providing recommendations and helpful during the check in. The property allowed us to drop our luggage after checkout and collect later. Appreciate the gesture of the staff.

The size of the bathroom is tiny. The lifts are old and check in method is old school type.

La ubicación es buenísima. También se valora que tenga ascensor para subir y bajar el equipaje. La cama y almohadones eran cómodos y el cuarto era silencioso. El cuarto es muy fresco y el AC funciona muy bien. Es bastante luminoso pero tiene persiana para dormir a oscuras si lo deseas. Cuenta con una pequeña heladera que es muy útil para guardar bebidas. La anfitriona fue muy amable al darnos recomendaciones sobre Roma al llegar.

Algunas cosas que no gustaron, empezando por lo más importante. El wifi nunca anduvo durante nuestra estadía, preguntamos al 2do día y nos indicaron que había habido un problema técnico, hubiese sido correcto que nos lo indicaran al llegar. Por otro lado el dormitorio era muy limpio pero en la ducha había pelos ajenos al llegar, no es grave pero molesta. Como menores, el agua caliente no salía muy bien; afuera había cafetera, azúcar, té, etc... pero nunca hubo café; y por último esperamos en la puerta unos 15 minutos al check in.
