The place is very close to the Termini train station/metro with which you can go anywhere in Rome fast. The host is very friendly and even though I booked last minute, came within 10 minute of calling him.
The area has some sketchy people but I didn't have problems whatsoever. It's a place with shared bathrooms, it could use a few hangers for stuff. The shower water was cold which was bearable in the hot weather.

This accomodation is in great location nearby the central station and lots of monuments. Bed and pillow is very comfortable and all staff were nicely clean. Breakfast were everyday same croissant and good coffee.
Its next to the bussy street and in the evening when is window open you hear the noise from the street- but they solve the issue and there is a air conditioner.

Proximity to the station
The apartment is quite clean, but the building itself is filthy. The lift doesn’t work.
