Very good location. 10 minutes to Colesseum on foot. Very friendly and helpful host.
Outside noise may disturb your sleep at night.

We can’t fault the host. Giorgio was exceptional. He sits you down and gives you great advice about eating out in Rome and where you are planning to visit, and how to get there.
His breakfast is fantastic
The lift has to be seen to be believed
Like many places all over Italy you are staying in the host’s apartment.
This was fine, but our bedroom was a bit tired

The staff were extremely friendly and facilitated early check in for us as well as allowing us to leave our luggage for the day when we checked out. We were given lots of recommendations of what to see in Rome. The location was excellent. The breakfast was decent and had enough options.
The rooms were clean and well presented for the price but perhaps in need of a little updating.
