The location is perfect, close to Termini station as well as monuments and the Colosseum. The owner Katia is the most welcoming person ever, she let us leave our luggage before checking in as well as after we checked out and had time before our departure, advised us what places to visit, where to eat, and made an exceptional breakfast in the morning, making us feel at home. The room is lovely, even though there is no AC, there is a fan which for us was ok. Will definitely recommend this place to friends or family visiting Rome in the future… or will gatekeep it to come back there myself ❤️

Very good location. 10 minutes to Colesseum on foot. Very friendly and helpful host.
Outside noise may disturb your sleep at night.
