Excellent location with a very personal host Giorgio who made us feel at home with his generous Italian breakfast and lots of useful information which place to visit.

We had a very nice stay, the place is a very good valye for money, two streets from Termini station and 2 tube stations there. The owner is very caring and nice, she made freshly cooked breakfast every day, recommended sightseeing and always resoinded immediately to our needs. The room is walking distance from most if the sights. I would recommend to everyone visiting Rome.
Nothing within the owners control.

The accommodation is in an excellent position. A short walk from Termini Train station. It only takes 20 mins to walk to the Colosseum and many other historical sites of interest. Giorgio the host is fantastic and has an encyclopaedic knowledge about all there is to see in Rome.
All good.
