The location was excellent, with very good communication from the host and a warm welcome from Ana. The property is about a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, just a few minutes from the nearest bus stop, and the nearest metro station (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II) is right at the doorstep. There are plenty of eateries nearby, making it very central yet surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Thank you, Ana, for your wonderful assistance, from accommodating us before the check-in period to helping arrange our transportation upon departure. And not to mention the delicious egg omelet and hotel-style breakfast you prepared for us.

The bed was comfortable and the young lady who made breakfast every morning was friendly. For convenience it is close to the Termini station and the Metro station.

The room is very small so our stay felt very cramped, there is a step into a very small bathroom with a shower that was weak and did not drain properly. There is a hanging area for clothes but no wardrobe so clothes are on show all the time. The surrounding area is poor where a lot of people are living on the streets, we didn't feel unsafe but it's not pleasant and as you can see the front of the building is not inviting. For us this property felt overpriced for what we experienced. I understand that this is an old building and they are trying to get an authentic look but for us it did not work.
