Excellent location, very clean, all facilities as per the advert are available and in good working condition! Monica was always available and kept regularly in touch with good advices. Thank you Monica! Highly recommend Grey&White for short or long stay (we stayed 7 nights). If passing through Rome I definitely will stay again in G&W😀

Monica is a fantastic host. In addition to providing great communication about how to reach the flat and access it, she also provided a TON of information on what to see and do in Rome. She really wanted to ensure that her guests made the most of their visit and her tips and advice were incredibly thorough and welcome. The Grey and White is conveniently located steps from Sta. Maria Maggiore and the Termini Station. Truthfully I had been reluctant to stay in this area during my previous visits to this awesome city, but Monica's property was perfect for our visit. We chose this spot as it was within walking distance of our main destination - the Nero's Domus Aurea. The Collosseum is only a 20 minute walk away.

Truth was I had expected a hotel, so was a bit surprised to find out that we were staying at a flat. Having said that, we were able to find breakfast provisions close by and were able to use the kitchen to make our coffee and have our breakfast. Also, the door to the street didn't close properly, so we always had to double-check to ensure it was locked upon our exit.

Facility location cleanliness was great everything ran smoothly we enjoyed our stay

Nothing the property was everything we expected a great place to stay for one or two people
