great location, just next the Termini train station; the place was very clean and recently renewed; exactly what it promises; but I found it a bit overpriced

too expensive, in my opinion

The location was perfect. Close to the train station, but in a nice area. Easy walk to Colosseum and Monti area. Room was comfortable and clean. Communication with host was excellent.

Some street noise, but we always travel with a sound machine.

Great location in centre of Rome with lots of little cafe bars and eateries close by and easy access to Rome’s must see sights

Location was perfect, very close to Termini and Coliseum. The room itself was spacious, contorno bed. Nice to have common facilities with a kitchenette and coffee available. Some staff (cleaning lady and Osvaldo) were really helpful and attentive, although I cannot say the same about the managers.

We had an issue with a non-functioning air conditioning the first night, which impacted a lot our sleep since it was 40 degrees in Rome. After a lot of back and forth with the manager (which included them saying if I wasn’t satisfied I could find another place), they finally came to check it out - and was indeed not working( the filter was terrible dirty and misplaced). They repaired it and offer us a refund for the fist night, advising us to contact Booking directly, which I did. However, Booking advised the property manager didn’t agree with the refund which is really disappointing! Overall not a great service… And also note: no toilet paper hanger in the bathroom and a loosing shelf which could definitely hurt someone.
