Good location, 15 minute walk to the Termini. There is a subway (🚇 metro) stop 1 block away. The owner was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Breakfast was advertised as Contintinetal, but it is just coffee and individually wrap small cookies.

Locaton is good. Room is big
The person who was there did not speak Italian or English, only a Spanish. She wanted more money, sounded like taxes, then got angry because we didnt understand is and then called the guy who owned it. He finally could explain it. Toilet did not work properly, the beed sheet were super thin and it was freezing during the night. Unfortunately no extra toilet paper or basket to be found..
