Central location, very clean, helpful staff

The hotel is located in a very practical zone. It is very near to Rome Termini, which is very helpful. It is also very crowded at night because of the restaurants that are near, which is very helpful if you travel alone and want to come back to the hotel at night (9 pm or 10 pm), you can walk around by yourself and it is safe (of course, always be cautious but overall you can be alone in the zone and be safe). The location and the quality of the room are the things I liked the most. And the owners put bottles of water in the kitchen for you to drink, which is very helpful.

Maybe the building is a little too old, but it is safe anyways. So the hotel is great for staying a few days.

Great location for the money. Neat, tidy and comfortable relative to the cost and location. Owner/manager very helpful throughout stay. Option to clean was given everyday via WhatsApp. Free water plus free coffee facilities.

Toilet was a bit cramped - maybe switch to a smaller vanity basin to allow a bit more space.

Location is great. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for. Toilet was a bit week and shower drain is slow but otherwise very clean and staff response was very quick.

Check in process needs to be clearly written in instructions. You will need to contact the staff via whatsapp to check in. Payment method was questionable, cash or online transfer was preferred. Staff asked for ID and was about to take a photo of my passport before I stopped them - highly unprofessional to take photos of ID on a personal device, recording this information needs to be a secure process and clearly defined in agreement that any personal information given to the apartment will be stored securely
