Decent room and bathroom, AC worked well, well equipped communal kitchen, good location.
Room was modest in size, slightly cramped with large suitcases but it was manageable.

We had the deluxe double room which was very comfortable and spacious with nice bathroom. It was very close to Termini station and easy to get to with luggage. Location is great to get to all main historical sites but not particularly nice street given its proximity to main train station. The foyer of apartment could do with a fresh paint job to present itself worthy of the price they charge for the room. Overall for a quick stopover in Rome it worked perfectly for us.
The foyer and stairwell looked dirty and walls could be cleaned and painted to make it look more inviting. The street was a bit grotty given it is very near the train station. Not a nice view from window.
