We had the deluxe double room which was very comfortable and spacious with nice bathroom. It was very close to Termini station and easy to get to with luggage. Location is great to get to all main historical sites but not particularly nice street given its proximity to main train station. The foyer of apartment could do with a fresh paint job to present itself worthy of the price they charge for the room. Overall for a quick stopover in Rome it worked perfectly for us.
The foyer and stairwell looked dirty and walls could be cleaned and painted to make it look more inviting. The street was a bit grotty given it is very near the train station. Not a nice view from window.

Nice shower, great a/c and a lift which was nice. Staff wonderful.

it was convenient, near the trains and many good restaurants. I also felt very safe there!
Getting into the building when we were initially checking in was a bit confusing, but after I called they were very helpful.
